Prints and images

Yes and no! Only enough to get the best out of the existing data within the raw files, which in digital photography is ‘the negative’. Some slight exposure, colour and cropping corrections if necessary are are applied. 

If you’re familiar with traditional film processing (from an ‘old school’ lab) you will remember this extent of editing was also applied to film.

The underwater images, however, do need a bit of work to get rid of the ‘backscatter’ which is the pesky particles in the water that reflect under the camera strobes. This is achieved over many hours in photoshop! But apart from that, these images are a true version of what Brooke saw behind the lens.

No not all of them.

The underwater images are generally based somewhere on the Great Barrier Reef as this is our backyard,  however there are images from Raja Ampat in Indonesia and the Ningaloo Reef amongst over places around the world.

The whale photos were all captured in Tonga. This is because Australia has very strict rules and we’re not allowed to swim freely with them.

The aerial and ground images are from all over the world!

Print Only – 1 week

Print + Frame – approx 2-3 weeks for framing

Aluminium – approx 2-3 weeks

Not at all, you have to option of buying framed or unframed, if unframed, we can even ship it to your preferred local framer if you like.

These are created using a special print process, where the ink is printed directly onto the aluminium sheet. The sheet then has a protective coating and a rust protector applied.

The frames are made using traditional means of welding and cutting metal.

Framed print and Acrylics: Clean the glass with a non –toxic cleaner (like vinegar). We recommend using one cloth for ‘wet’ cleaning, and then polish with a separate dry cloth. We recommend you use a good quality microfiber cloth.

Aluminium: Using a very good quality, no scratch microfibre cloth, simply wipe the aluminium with a dry cloth. Should you need to remove a mark, just clean water on the microfiber cloth will do.

Jewellery and Gift Items

Brooke’s dad. Mark Miles. He has a goldsmith jewellery workshop in Scarborough, Perth, Western Australia.

Mark has been a jeweller for over 40 years and still loves creating masterpeices.

Any piece in the gallery can be made as gold, and of course he can custom create anything you might like.

All the gold-plated jewellery is 18 Carat Gold. As is industry standard, there is also a low amount of nickel content inside the plated. As this is so low, it’s unlikely to cause allergies in most people sensitive to nickel. However, if you are extremely allergic, the recommendation would be not to wear plated jewellery at all. We would recommend you engaging Mark Miles to create you a custom solid gold piece.

Cushion Case - These are a mixed fabric of polyester and cotton.

Cushion Insert - Innergreen's line of recycled PET cushion inserts are filled with 100% PET fibre, which is derived from recycled water bottles. They look and feel similar to a high grade polyester cushion insert, but have a greater resilience rating and will last for much longer. For every 1kg of fibre used, we can save more than 70 water bottles from landfill.

Payments & Safety

Yes, we offer Afterpay which you can select as your payment option in the checkout.

We can also set up a manual invoice and you can pay by weekly/fortnightly or monthly direct transfers from your bank account to ours. Please contact us with your request and we’ll do our best to accomadate you.

Shipping & Delivery

Free shipping is available within
Australia. International shipping starts from $50 AUD.

Do you post internationally? Yes – we can roll fine art prints for a flat shipping fee of $50. For larger framed prints, acrylic and metal prints, we’ll have to get a current rate for you.

Production times vary from 2-5 weeks depending on the print and finish.

Domestic shipping can take up to 5 business days. International shipping could take up to 14 business days. However, due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual. We will always try to get the best courier option and update you with tracking.

Returns & Refunds

Silks - No refunds. All sales are final.

Prints - We offer a store credit if you find your print is not suitable for your space. The return shipping is to be paid by you, the customer.

A refund request can be submitted within 30 days after the purchase is made.

In the case when the product and packaging are undamaged, you are eligible for a full credit. *silks excluded

In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligible for a refund.

Please check our Terms of Service to see if you're eligible for a refund.

All return shipping costs are handled by the customer.
