In 2019 I worked with the hotel manager during their island refurbishment to fit out 277 hotel rooms plus 5 large public bathroom spaces. I provided different options during extensive consultations over a period of a few months. They decided on aerial images printed on acrylic for the bathrooms and a mix of framed and unframed canvases of an aerial image for the hotel rooms. I also created a whale montage in the restaurant bathrooms filling a 3.5metre space.

This was a 2 cabin fit-out of large framed canvas pieces ranging from 40in to 80in pieces. We also included a wallpaper feature in the shower fitting using an underwater scuba diver image and rainforest image.

The owner of this beautiful sailing boat wanted to bring colour and texture to his internal spaces. A mixture of 5 x aerial and underwater images, as well as the limited edition ‘The Dive’ were chosen in classic framed finish. He also engaged me to do the installation.

Working with this firm was so much fun! An easy yet satisfying project! Adding deep yet vibrant colours and texture to this space, we were able to bring life to the reception area!

Working with the owner and builder, I was engaged to fit out 5 large wallpapers in the common areas and bathrooms of this iconic Airlie Beach location. The wallpapers range from 2metres to 5metres long. We went with aerial images for the external common areas and underwater for the bathrooms.

The principle owner of Taylors had a vision to complete his fitout with wallpapers of the local area. The 5-metre aerial image was an easy choice. The mix of aerial and rainforest images in the meeting rooms were a little trickier. I actually went out and captured the rainforest images especially for this project.

The owner of this apartment lives in Melbourne, so I gained access through the resort. I measured each wall and created mock-ups to scale so the owner could choose her prints remotely. After the selections had been made, I arranged for delivery to the apartment where the owner had her builder install.

I worked with the manager of Mirage Whitsunday to bring life to the empty walls of their refurbished penthouses. 5 bedrooms plus the dining area in 3 x penthouses were filled with a mixture of aerial images on framed canvas.

The owners of this property have engaged me in 5 of their property’s fit outs. With clean minimalist designs by the famous architect Chris Buckingham, it was important the prints adorning these walls weren’t overstated, yet carefully curated to showcase the stunning landscape of the Whitsundays throughout. The Beasley family have chosen a mixture of framed canvas, framed fine art prints and brushed metal prints spread across many of their properties.
