Floating on the surface of the South Pacific Ocean, I felt incredibly small and humbled in the presence of these giant, majestic creatures.
Being so close and witnessing the interaction and playfulness between this mother and her newborn calf was one of the most incredible experiences of my life. A moment I’ll treasure forever.
It’s encounters like this that make this image so special to me, and why I’ve chosen to release it as a limited edition.
